[dpdk-ci] DPDK Community Lab CI contact changes

Hi everyone,

I will no longer be participating at the UNH-IOL for the DPDK Community Lab CI.

Instead, Brandon Lo and David Liu (cc'd) will be taking over in my place.

Also, please always CC (or send directly to) dpdklab at iol.unh.edu for
inquiries about the Community Lab at the UNH-IOL. This will make sure
that Brandon, David, Lincoln and anyone else in the future get a copy
of the email.

It's been a great experience working for the Community Lab and thank
you for all your help!
