[dpdk-ci] Question about Arm64 clang travis building failure ?

Hi All,

   We hit a very strange Arm64 clang test failure on the travis system.

   and related patch set is http://patchwork.dpdk.org/patch/80896/
   Our change not really has any impact to Arm64, we only add a dummy
   stub for Arm64 subarch. from the log,  we didn't figure out what's
   the root cause of failure. Any hint for this issue ?
