Hi,

The CI compilation test for Windows(clang/minGW64) is passing even if warnings
are founds, this was set as the Windows build contained warnings of a long
period of time.

As said warnings are now resolved on both compilers we would like CI to treat
warnings as errors and fail compilation in case new warnings are found, as it
does on other OS compilation tests.
