This issue with 25.11-staging should be fixed now.

Matt, for your reference in the future, what went wrong is that we
added the jenkins code for the 25.11-staging branch, but we did not
add a /branches/ REST API endpoint record for 25.11-staging. So, when
Jenkins goes to make a request to the API based on the branch name, it
finds no record and the pipeline fails. Check build#3 of the
25.11-staging branch of the dpdk-stable multibranch pipeline if you
want to see it.
