Here is the command line I used for my Ubuntu install:

sudo apt-get install texlive-latex-extra texlive-fonts-extra python-sphinx
inkscape

Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Release:	14.04
Codename:	trusty
