This commit still misses testpmd documentation for the new flow command
parameters ("Pattern items" section in
doc/guides/testpmd_app_ug/testpmd_funcs.rst).

Once addressed, as far as rte_flow is concerned (I did not review the csum
engine nor other configuration changes):
