Hi Stephen,

Thanks for looking at the patches. We are aware of the license issue and our legal team is working on it. There are more than one parties involved here which is why it is taking longer than expected. 
The patch-sets are uploaded to get the source reviewed in parallel.

We will also look at the spdx identifiers.
