Why phy_ab.link_speed !=0 means speed values are OK?
What if dev->data->dev_conf->link_speed != ETH_LINK_SPEED_AUTONEG and user want a specific speed?
Should we also add "&& capability & I40E_AQ_PHY_AN_ENABLED" here ?
