This patch fixes a wrong link in gsg. The
Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt file from the kernel
source tree was moved quite a time ago to
Documentation/admin-guide/kernel-parameters.txt.
Fixes: 1ab07743b21b ("doc: getting started guide for linux")
