There is a build issue with shared lib.

config: x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc+shared+debug

/usr/bin/ld: dpaa2_eventdev.c:(.text+0x87): undefined reference to
`rte_eth_dev_is_valid_port'
/usr/bin/ld: dpaa2_eventdev.c:(.text+0x96): undefined reference to
`rte_eth_dev_logtype'
/usr/bin/ld: dpaa2_eventdev.c:(.text+0xf0): undefined reference to
`rte_eth_dev_logtype'
