[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v4] hash: add hash bulk lookup with hash signatures array

Implement rte_hash_lookup_with_hash_bulk_data() and
rte_hash_lookup_with_hash_bulk() - bulk lookup
functions with precomputed hash signatures.
Add these two functions into performance tests.
