[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v1 8/8] gro: support IPv6 VXLAN UDP/IPv6

From: Yi Yang <yangyi01 at inspur.com>

IPv6 VXLAN UDP/IPv6 GRO can help improve UDP/IPv6
performance in IPv6 VXLAN use case.

With this enabled in DPDK, OVS DPDK can leverage it
to improve VM-to-VM UDP/IPv6 performance, it will merge
small adjacent IPv6 VXLAN UDP/IPv6 fragments to a big
IPv6 VXLAN UDP/IPv6 packet immediate after they are
received from a physical NIC. It is very helpful in OVS
DPDK IPv6 VXLAN use case.
