ok, thanks for reporting. Anatoly do you think this is a critical issue
to block 18.11.10 release on? (it doesn't seem to me)

This issue looks to be like because
rte_eth_xstats_reset() was dropped by mistake during rebase of
nic_xstats_clear(). I will send a patch to fix it.
