[PATCH v2 0/2] Enable ASan in GHA

Now that rte_malloc instrumentations are fixed, we can enable ASan in
GHA.
There are still some unit tests (relying on multiprocess) that can't
reliably run with ASan enabled. Those unit tests are skipped.
