   DPDK cloned from main branch

2. OS:
   Fedora 33 5.12.10-200.fc33.x86_64
   Fedora 34 5.12.10-300.fc34.x86_64


The problem is, after the change: c5736998305def298e26f8fa73b9995f184fc983 on
main DPDK branch, we got issues with VM booting during our SPDK tests. This is
explained in more detail here:
