Meetings are public, and DPDK community members are welcome to attend.
NOTE: Next meeting will be on Wednesday 2023- July - 24th @3pm UTC, and will be chaired by Kevin
# Policy for Remote Speakers in Conferences
- Discussion: Reviewed various policies from different conferences, including the OVS conference.
- Focus: Evaluated two primary options:
Option 1 - No remote speakers allowed.
Option 2 - Remote speakers allowed but given lower priority compared to onsite speakers.
- Decision: Majority voted in favor of Option 2.
# Project Management Updates from Nathan Southern
- Bangkok Summit: Currently, there are around 31 registrations with an expectation of over 40.
# Code Challenge Discussion
- Communication Channel: A #code-challenges Slack channel has been created for sharing code challenges.
- Collaboration: Ben Thomas from LF is collaborating with Stephen Hemminger on this initiative.
- Action Item: All members are requested to share code challenges in the Slack channel.
# Pending Process on Robin's Grout Router Write-up to GB
- Previous Approval: Hosting the Grout on dpdk.org was approved in a previous TB meeting.
- Next Steps:
1) The final approval process requires GB approval.
2) As the next GB representative from TB, Konstantin Ananyev will pass this information to GB.

# DPDK Tech Writer Updates
- New Hire: Nandini Persad has been hired as the DPDK tech writer under the Linux Foundation payroll.
- Introduction: Nandini was introduced to the tech board.
- Support Plan: Discussed plans to assist her in updating programming guides.
- Patches in action: The first version of documentation improvement patches is available for review at https://patches.dpdk.org/project/dpdk/list/?series=32246
