[PATCH] app/testpmd: add contrack CT state inspect commands

Add command in testpmd user guide to inspect conntract CT states.

The conntract possible CT states
are SYN_RECV, ESTABLISHED, FIN_WAIT, CLOSE_WAIT, LAST_ACK and
TIME_WAIT.
