DPDK main build is broken for me in net/mlx5 if I disable
common/mlx5<br>

../src/drivers/net/mlx5/meson.build:76:4: ERROR: Unknown variable
"mlx5_config".<br>

It worked for me before and net/mlx5 is not built since common
driver is missing.<br>
