grout release v0.15.0

Hi all,

I am glad to announce the release of grout v0.15.0.

This is a big one. Here are the main highlights since 0.14.3:

* Graph: TX queue sharing, burst size tuning
* Interface abstraction: iface_input/iface_output nodes
* L2 bridge interface and VXLAN/EVPN support with flood list management
* Routing: configurable per-VRF FIB sizes, SRv6 compressed SID (NEXT-CSID)
* FRR dplane plugin fixes: startup races, per-VRF sync, restart resync
* CLI enhancements: pager support, streaming table output with JSON
* Metrics and observability: Prometheus exporter
* API hardening: ABI compatibility check
