You can keep all your changes, no problem. But keep one topic per patch.
Something along the lines of:

1) Remove _Atomic()
2) Reorder lines conn_ptr(data)
3) Change CONN_FLOW_FWD/REV bit semantics
4) Add malformed TCP flags detection
