Hi Michal,
     When I bind my interfaces to igb_uio, I maintain the bus master 
flag. Can you describe the hardware layout? Are you using any kind of 
PCI multiplexer/riser?
   Also, what is the output to 'lcpci -t'? That might give us some 
additional interesting information.
