[dpdk-users] Minimal DPDK examples

DPDK fans,

I have put some “minimal DPDK examples” on GitHub to help those who (like myself) are initially mesmerized by the size & complexity of DPDK.

One example just sends a single UDP packet, the other loops to receive packets on all DPDK interfaces:

Since I’m a DPDK newbie, I would be glad to accept any pull requests to make them even more clean/correct.  I’ve only tested them on AWS EC2 with ENA, would enjoy hearing about experience on non-virtual systems.
