VLAN Based Flow Bifurcation with Multiqueue for Bonded OVS-DPDK

Hi,

Is it still possible to have multi queueing with flow bifurcation? I need
some help to create a rule for having it with the following needs.

1. Filter is based on VLAN ID
2. Only some VLAN ID will go to PF, the rest will go VF (for ex. VF0) of
each PF..
3. All PFs (for ex. 2 PFs) is LACP bonded on the kernel
4. VF (for ex. VF0) of each PF is LACP bonded on OVS-DPDK
