Hi DPDK Team,

I'm new to DPDK and I tried to run Sample App (Setup Configuration —
o-du-phy master documentation (o-ran-sc.org)
that uses DPDK 20.11.1 and encountered a problem where the sample apps
stopped at this point where it failed detected static linkage and failed to
parse device. I have DPDK 19.11 installed on the device as well. Does
anyone know what might be the problem?
