DPDK installation

Hi,
I'm using this hands-on tutorial from Cloudlab to install DPDK on
Bluefiled-2:

 During running "meson build" command, this error occurred. Can anyone
please help me with that?
drivers/regex/octeontx2/meson.build:15:1: ERROR: Include dir /include does
not exist.
