Could you please help for throw IO_PAGE_FAULT error with DPDK24.03

Hello，

 

I tried dpdk-testpmd with DPDK24.03 with AMD EPYC 9754 CPU platform, and
IO_PAGE_FAULT error occurred, and dpdk-testpmd hanged at “Configuring Port
0 (socket 0)“ step。

My HW and OS information as attachment. Could you please help give some
advice？ Thank you so much.
