[dpdk-web] Cavium/Marvell drivers

Hi,

Actually the drivers (except the new octeontx2) are under Cavium:
	http://core.dpdk.org/supported/nics/cavium/

Please I would prefer it is sorted out with a patch from someone working at Marvell.
