[dpdk-ci] [dpdk-moving] proposal for DPDK CI improvement

For discussing the details of the CI, I suggest we move to the new
mailing list ci at dpdk.org (CC) and stop bothering recipients of
moving at dpdk.org.

Your concern should be solved:
The detailed reports are available in http://dpdk.org/ml/archives/test-report/.
When viewing a patch in patchwork, the tests are listed with a brief result.
The detailed report of each test is linked here.
