[dpdk-ci] DPDK Patchwork account creation problem

Hi DPDK CI team,
I have a problem registering a new account with DPDK patchwork. I couldn't find any support email address about this, so I'm hoping someone on this mailing list can pick it up. (Please reply directly, as I'm not subscribing to this mailing list.)
When I tried to register a new account (https://patchwork.dpdk.org/register/) with my email address (mb at smartsharesystems.com) and the username (MortenBrørup), it failed with a 500 server error.
If I now use the password reset function (https://patchwork.dpdk.org/user/password-reset/) and provide my email address (mb at smartsharesystems.com), I don't receive an email with reset instructions (or any email at all). I have checked the log in our spam filter... Nothing.
If I now try to register a new account (https://patchwork.dpdk.org/register/) with the same email address and my username (MortenBrørup), it says that the email address is already in use and the username is already taken.
