UNH-IOL Community Lab Dashboard Downtime

Hello All,

We are planning to update the dashboard for the UNH-IOL community lab
tomorrow (Monday, November 14).  The update should begin around 9am EST.

This update is only for the lab dashboard (frontend).  Test jobs, emails to
patchwork, etc. will remain running during the updates.  We will confirm
when the update is complete.

Note, we are also using this opportunity to test the email notification
update adding the ci at dpdk.org email to our monitoring system, so there
should be an automated email received when the HTTP service is restarted.
