Failing virtIO test case

Hello All,

We are aware of the VirtIO test case that is failing on the Intel x86
infrastructure.  This was recently deployed (Wednesday) and the
configuration that worked in the pre-deployment trials is not working the
same way in production.  The test case has been disabled and Owen will
continue to debug on Monday.
