You should now be able to access the websites, please confirm.
Please fetch repositories from the GitHub mirrors (https://github.com/DPDK/dpdk, https://github.com/DPDK/dpdk-stable) instead of git.dpdk.org in your automation/scripts like Thomas suggested.
