General Announcements

Welcome new staff member Dillon Ladd, who will be helping with the
DPDK Community Lab project management at the UNH-IOL.

AWS Lab
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

UNH-IOL Community Lab
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ABI Testing is disabled for 26.11 release (just a reminder).

Reporting of CPU and libc info will deploy on Monday, August 10.

We did discover a bug could cause the lab to miss testing a patch, if
the polling job was in process, and patchworks become unresponsive
while the script was running, this has been fixed.  We requeued a
couple of patches that had been missed over the last month.

CompressDev testing, an agreement from the community, can be retired
from the lab, and will be stopped in the next few weeks, which
discontinues the “old DTS” usage.

We’ve found a couple of bugs that caused an issue with running the
single core performance testing on Broadcom devices with newDTS,
patches have been submitted.

DTS Code Coverage required one more patch in DTS, which fixes a race
condition on shutting down the “lcov instrumented” testpmd, before it
finished writing out the report. Once merged, this should enable code
coverage.

AMD unit tests on Clang, need to check back on the status of this item

AMD Hardware Upgrades, we provided some information to the ADM team,
unfortunately, the current systems in the lab don’t have the correct
CPU sockets for a 1 to 1 change to the new CPU.

Intel Lab

Still has a failure in the docs testing that has been flagged by some
of the maintainers.

Github Actions

No updates, running as expected.

Loongson Lab
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Discussion on slack on the lab reporting status, seems like things are
still not fully back to reporting correctly.

DTS Improvements & Test Development
==============================================

Everything went into the release, except for the code coverage patch,
which we’ll target for early merges into the 2026.11 cycle, per
Patrick Robb.
