[PATCH] add 25.11 Intel crypto performance report

Thanks Patrick,
I have downloaded this report and at a quick glance, I can tell this will
be super helpful. Unfortunately, we had to disable the QAT tests on the
intel-1 server for the short term but I will absolutely refer back to this
document when we get it back up and running again.
