Matt added AMD Unit Tests with Clang

AI Code Review:  We are going to look into false warnings caused by
unpermitted filler text under the warning/errors section.
Maybe look at something that isn't the flag below the warning/errors section.
Exploring the idea of constrained decoding to force the model output
to follow a strictly defined JSON schema, OpenAI Compatible supports
this.
Aaron and the kernel developers are already looking into using
sashiko. UNH to look into this as well.
Note that JSON uses more tokens than raw text.
Anthropic models would require a tool call, which would extend Aaron's patch.

DTS Improvements & Test Development

No update on merging code coverage early, waiting on a response from Thomas.
26.11 roadmap has been finalized and sent to the mailing list.
The community requested old-DTS ports of pvp multi paths vhost
performance testsuite and pvp multi paths virtio performance testsuite
have patches out.
