Below is the Coverity report between DPDK 2.2 RC3 and RC4. There were 20 defects eliminated and no new defects. Many thanks to everyone who submitted recent patches to fix these issues.

There are now 96 outstanding issues with around 30 already assigned to owners/maintainers.
