[dpdk-dev] Testpmd application failing with Cause: No probed ethernet device

Hi All,

I'm facing the following issue when testing testpmd application.

EAL: PCI device 0000:03:00.0 on NUMA socket -1

EAL: PCI device 0000:0b:00.0 on NUMA socket -1

Please let me know, what could be the issue.

FYI:
Igb_uio and rte_kni ko modules are inserted successfully.
