There are a couple of small pep8 issues to fix:


    $ pep8 tools/dpdk-devbind.py   
    tools/dpdk-devbind.py:302:1: E302 expected 2 blank lines, found 1
    tools/dpdk-devbind.py:653:33: E261 at least two spaces before inline comment
