[dpdk-dev] Compilation failed on dpdk-16.04

Hi All,

  I m trying to install dpdk-16.04 on my VM ubuntu.
  I tried to make the build but it failed with below error.

  anyone can help on this.

 ubuntu version is "Ubuntu 14.04.3 (64bit)"
 kernel version is 4.6.
