[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v1] doc: fix tap PMD doc warning due to missing architecture

TILE-GX is no longer supported but the tap driver includes it in its
NIC overview ini file which causes a doc warning:

    $ make doc-guides-html
    sphinx processing guides-html...
    Warning generate_nic_overview_table():
    Unknown feature 'TILE-Gx' in 'tap.ini'
