[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v2] mbuf: fix mbuf bulk alloc Doxygen

When calling rte_pktmbuf_alloc_bulk, if there are
not enough objects in the mempool, it returns
a negative value, which should be reflected
in the Doxygen comments.
