This patchset supports MLX5 Rx tunnel checksum, inner rss, inner ptype offloading of following tunnel types:
- Standard VXLAN
- L3 VXLAN (no inner ethernet header)
- VXLAN-GPE
- MPLS-in-GRE
- MPLS-in-GPE
