[dpdk-dev] TCP GSO support above IPv6

Hi Ophir,

Comparing with IPv6, IPv4 is used more widely used and more popular.
Therefore, when proposed the GSO library, we just planned to support
IPv4.

Do you have any usage scenarios that depend on IPv6?
