[dpdk-dev] Incorrect SPDX license

               In the recently merged patches, SPDX for few files is not on first line.  for  e.g. "drivers/event/octeontx/timvf_worker.c"

* Copyright(c) 2017 Cavium, Inc
*/

Please fix that.
