[dpdk-dev] Setting intel_iommu, iommu, hugepagesz, hugepages

Hello,

I am on Ubuntu 18.04 and would like to set these linux boot params.

intel_iommu=on iommu=pt hugepagesz=2M hugepages=1024

I am bit new to this and was wondering if there is a guide that shows how to set these linux boot params.
