[dpdk-dev] 18.08 integration window

Hi all,

The proposal deadline (June 8) is over.
All the features must be reviewed and integrated during June.
It will be a short release cycle.
The release 18.08.0 is expected to happen at the very beginning of August.
The deadlines will be more strictly respected than for 18.05.

Please let's focus on reasonnable expectations to make
this release on time with good quality: be 18.08 a success!
