[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v1] net/avf: fix DEBUG_DUMP_DESC causing build issue

Add the missed 'volatile' keyword to avoid the warning for type
mismatch, which will be treated as compiler error if WERROR_FLAGS
is enabled.
