[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 2/5] drivers: common as dependency for bus

It is possible that bus requires common library for compilation.
Prior to this patch, bus and common compiled parallel. But, post this
dependency is created.

This is especially important for the DPAA/FSLMC buses which are going
to use the common/dpaax library.
