[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 0/3] ethdev: add generic MAC address rewrite actions

This series is for RFC[1]

Patch 1 adds generic MAC address rewrite actions to flow API
Patch 2 adds testpmd commands for that
Patch 3 offloads these actions on Mellanox MLX5 by using E-Switch rule
