[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v6 0/3] use IPv4 addresses reserved for testing

These patches get rid of the custom addresses used in testpmd
and l3fwd, and instead uses values that are reserved for testing
in the relevant RFC 2544.

This version fixes some formatting and long lines.
